Now we have had the ‘wow factor’ & ‘what you expect’ talk, let’s discuss what you need for your website in order to effectively achieve your desired outcome. I.e. do you need to sell your products online? If yes, you will need a shopping cart & payment portal.

TIMEFRAMES
When you’ve got your objective and are happy with your quote/functionality… How long will it take to get done?
This depends on a few components (some outside our control):
1. Content (can you provide it to us in a timely manner)
2. How big/advanced the site is, A basic site can be completed in 1 week as long as we have everything ready to go.
3. Our current workloads, as much as we’d love to be sitting/waiting for your work to arrive, it doesn’t quite work like that… This is tricky however start times can vary between 2 weeks and up to 2 months, dependent again upon how organised we can get your content so we can launch into development, when we have a window of opportunity.
PAYMENT
To ensure we keep our doors open and guarantee some great ongoing support, we MUST charge for our website work 100% upfront and cannot start until the monies are confirmed in our account.

1. We don’t build on a particular platform of web design, we accept and use all CMS (content management systems) based on what is best for our client. I.e. WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Squarespace, Prestashop, etc.
2. We want you to have control!!! We provide ongoing support but don’t see a lot of value in charging consulting rates to make minor changes and would prefer you guys become self-sufficient so that we can offer real value in helping you with NEW innovative changes that help you towards your objective.
3. We have over 50 years combined experience of web design, marketing & software coding specifically for websites within our team.
